Prices & Carriage
All prices quoted are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Payment (including carriage and packing) is via PayPal abut you do not need a Paypal account, you can also pay using your debit or credit card.
The price shown for the goods excludes carriage and packing. This charge is shown in the ‘checkout’ once you have entered delivery details and before you are asked to confirm your order. Standard UK delivery is £2.95. For orders over £20 standard UK delivery is free.
Once your payment has been successful, non handmade items will be dispatched to you within 5-7 working days.
If this cannot be met for whatever reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times, we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times. At the moment we have found that there are delays we Royal Mail and although we send items by first class signed for we are unable to guarantee timescales.
The current lead time for personalised items is currently approx. 10 working days. Personalised items can take up to 14 working days for dispatch (at Christmas this time can go up) and up to 5 days for delivery. This is due sometimes to the postal system which is out of our control. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
If ordering using store collection, non handmade items will be available within 5 working days. Handmade personalised items will take the same dispatch time as listed on the homepage. Please wait for a confirmation email to let you know your items are ready.
Delivery prices are quoted for UK mainland addresses only – certain areas of the Highlands and Northern Scotland may attract a surcharge.

Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be advised to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Provided that this notice is given, we will collect or replace the goods or at our
discretion issue a full refund. Refunds will not be given on personalised items.
We are sending all items out at the moment by Signed for Royal Mail. If it has been over 2 weeks (non personalised) and 4 weeks (personalised), since your order was placed and you have not received your items please in the first instance check with your local Royal Mail delivery office as calling cards do not always appear to be left.
Guaranteed Christmas delivery.
(order before 14th December for non personalised items and before 3rd December for personalised items.)
Our order book will close at midnight GMT on the 3rd December 2017. Personalised Orders after this time will not be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
All of our items are sent by Royal Mail signed for first class delivery and dispatched within plenty of time to reach you before Christmas, however we hold NO responsibility for failed deliveries as once delivery has been attempted we are powerless to influence redelivery by Royal Mail. If items are not collected from the post office and returned to us we will not resend unless payment is made to resend.
Availability of stock
All goods are offered subject to stocks and availability. We make every effort to ensure that the items listed on the website are in stock, however, items may sell out before they have been removed from the website. If for any reason an item is no longer available we will try to offer an alternative product, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract
and offer a refund.
Cancellation of Order
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within 7 days – starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a ‘cooling off’ period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.
Please note this does not apply to food gifts or personalised orders.
If you wish to cancel a contract, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org clearly stating
your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice in writing within 7 working days starting from the day after you take
delivery of the order.
Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense. Please wait for an e-mail
confirmation as to where to return your goods to. If the goods are returned to us within 14 days from the date of Beautiful Home and Gift e-mail confirmation, in perfect unused condition with the original packaging then a refund of the costs of goods but not carriage will be issued.
If it is more convenient to us, we will arrange collection by our couriers; any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
